One Trustpilot review stands out. The reviewer describes missing items, says nothing was verified, and says the agent offered about $2.75 as compensation for a broken order of about $23. In an update dated 31 March 2026, the same reviewer wrote that Hubbuy was under official investigation by the Central Bank of Brazil and Procon-SP, Brazil's consumer protection body, and quoted protocol numbers.
